Cakes fit for a Queen. 5th June.

There were not many large Jubilee events happening today, so I spent time with my family who were hosting a small Jubilee Party. We watched the Jubilee events in London, played patriotic games, and eat delicious food. My Mum is great at baking and she created these cute little union flag cup cakes, so I decided to photograph one as my "Daily Photo". Hope you have all enjoyed celebrating the Jubilee; Long Live the Queen!

Jubilee celebrations galore! 4th June.

Today has been long and busy... but hopfully will be very rewarding! I attended two events today, a Jubilee Celebration at Elton Hall, Cambridgeshire and a Street Party in Eye, Peterborough... both of which had great atmosphere and were wonderful events to shoot. Sadly the photos I am putting up today are not brilliant as I was shooting on film for the majority of the day and these are a few test shots I did in-between the film shoots. I am very excited to see how the roll of film turns out! Rain on the Patio. 3rd June.

So today it was half way through the Jubilee holidays, and unsurprisingly the British weather decided to rain! This did not stop us brit's celebrating though, London seemed to be packed out, and many people were attending parties and hoarding into camp sites. Personally, I am hoping that the weather brightens up tomorrow.. I have two events tomorrow which I am very excited to photograph, and some glorious weather would be perfect, but if that doesn't happen I will be a brit and shoot no matter what!
