I was in the lovely town of Stamford today as I was getting a few rolls of film developed at the photo-lab there. It's a very quaint place with loads of small weaving cobbled alleyways and unique cafes and bakers. Sadly today it was very wet and I hid in a coffee shop for most of the time I was there, but when I ventured out this scene greeted me. The people of Stamford still filled the streets despite the weather, many people raised umbrellas to shield themselves and just got on with their lives. That's one of the many things I love about Britain, we don't let the weather bog us down, we embrace it and just carry on with life.
